Kairos provides a platform for AI architecture advisory services, community engagement, and knowledge sharing. Access to certain features requires account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, notify us immediately of any unauthorised use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
3. User Content
By submitting content to the platform (stories, comments, profile information), you grant Kairos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, harass or impersonate other users, distribute spam or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, use the platform for illegal purposes, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All Kairos content (articles, frameworks, methodologies, design elements) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
6. Advisory Services
Advisory services provided through the platform are subject to separate engagement agreements. The information and content on this website do not constitute professional advice. Specific engagements, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kairos provides the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or business interruption, content submitted by other users, or temporary unavailability of the platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
